A bit about me:

My name is Rebecca, my friends call me Becky, but I wish they wouldn't. I have a typical family, mom, dad, little sister, little brother, dog. I also have my best friend on earth, Kate, who has been my best friend since we were six. We have nothing really in common anymore, but that doesn't seem to matter.

Friends that aren't Kate get a little more difficult. I had a really tight-knit group of friends last year, me and two other girls (one of whom was named Rebecca, which is why people call me Becky) were live-for-you/die-for-you friends. At the beginning of this year, everything fell apart. We aren't friends anymore, and I don't really know why. Now I have a sort of group of friends who I hang out with when I'm at school, but it's not the same.

I'm a junior in high school, but I'm enrolled in the Middle College program. Middle College is basically a program which lets me take classes at West Valley Community College and they count for both high school and college credits. I have to take high school English and history twice a week, but those classes are held at West Valley. I love the program for the most part, but I really dislike 75% of the people and tolerate the other 25%. It's still better than high school.

I love to read. My favourite books are Harry Potter, the Kushiel's Legacy series, Fight Club, East of Eden, The Outsiders, The Lord of the Flies and more that I won't name. I also love movies and going to the movies (being the only person in a theater in the middle of the day during the work week is wonderful).
